Emo Urgent Care

The urgent care department provides radiology and emergency care from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on weekdays, with Riverside emergency services available in Rainy River or Fort Frances at La Verendrye General Hospital after hours.

For medical concerns that don't appear to be urgent or emergent, we recommend the use of Health 811 to seek advice on how ot proceed with potential care. Members of our urgent care department are unable to provide advice or information over the telephone.

Triage

Those waiting will be seen based on the triage process established through the Canadian Triage Acuity Scale. Priority of a patient's treatment will be based on the severity of their condition.
