This website ( the “Site”) is provided by Riverside Health Care Facilities Inc.(“Riverside” or “RHC”) (being “us”, “we” or “our”) including all its centres, sites and institutes. Your access to and continued use of this Site and any of Riverside’s social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn) constitutes your acceptance of, and is conditional upon, your continued acceptance of and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws. “Use” of the Site collectively includes:
- Visiting or using the Site including without limitation to use, access, or download, text, data, images, PDFs, videos , articles, illustrations, i-learning modules, newsletters, animations, games, views, opinions or other materials, including any materials submitted by you (“Submitted Content”), which is collectively referred to as “Content”; and/or
- Visiting or using the Site including without limitation to submit, post or upload your images, text, data, illustrations, animations, videos, illustrations, or other Submitted Content to the Site.

The views and opinions expressed on Riverside’ social media pages reflect the thoughts of the individual online users and not necessarily those of Riverside.
YOU AGREE NOT TO POST, EMAIL, TRANSMIT, UPLOAD OR OTHERWISE SUBMIT ANY SUBMITTED CONTENT THAT:
- Is offensive as determined by Riverside, in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

Riverside respects your privacy; we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information about our Site users. We collect, use, and disclose personal information only with your consent, and after identifying the purposes for which the personal information is collected, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Riverside is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information under our custody and control in accordance with Ontario’s Health Information Protection Act, as well as public expectations for privacy and internationally accepted fair information principals. In accordance with the The Health Information Protection Act, comprised of both the Personal Health Information Act and the Quality of Care Information Protection Act , Riverside has a set of rules, set out in our Privacy Policy, which addresses how it will deal with the privacy of personal health information that we acquire about our patients. This policy is intended to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory restrictions and privacy of personal information, confidentiality, and breach in patient privacy and communication system policy. During your Use of the Site you may choose or be requested to voluntarily provide personal information such as your email address and name for the purposes of communications or for accessing certain features of the Site. Governing Law
