Riverside Health Care Board Announces Planned Retirement of President & CEO

President & CEO Henry Gauthier has announced his retirement from Riverside Health Care at the end of 2026. Mr. Gauthier has provided an extended notice period to enable a smooth leadership transition for the organization. The Board of Directors has retained an Executive Search Firm to ensure an effective recruitment process.

"The advance notice provided by Henry provides the Board with the opportunity to undertake a more thoughtful and comprehensive recruitment process," said Diane Clifford, Chair of the Riverside Health Care Board of Directors. "While leadership transitions are significant moments for any organization, they also provide an opportunity to thoughtfully plan for the future. The Board is committed to taking the time to do this right. By engaging an executive search firm and establishing the CEO Search Committee, we are taking a proactive approach to ensure a seamless leadership transition and finding the right person to continue to lead Riverside into the future.
