Rainycrest Flooring Project Update: Temporary Wing Access Changes (April 6)

As the flooring project at Rainycrest enters its final phase, some temporary access changes will be implemented to ensure work can be completed safely.

On Monday, April 6:

• West Wing will not be accessible between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• East Wing will not be accessible between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

We recognize that this falls on Easter Monday for those who celebrate, and we want to ensure visitors can continue to connect with their loved ones. If you are planning to visit during these times, please contact the home in advance, and the staff will be happy to assist with arrangements. Families should contact the Charge Nurse to make these arrangements. 

Please be assured that all emergency exits will remain in place and accessible at all times. Staff have plans in place to address any emergency needs and will ensure that residents remain safe and comfortable and continue to receive all required care and services.

We are also pleased to share that the main entrance has reopened.
