Landlord and Tenant Program

The Landlord Tenant program provides rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing in landlord/tenant units for individuals with challenges


  • 532 Front St. (Front St. Manor) - 24 unit apartment complex (20 one bedroom units, 4 two bedroom units)
  • 816 Church St. - 3 one bedroom units
  • 201 Eighth St. - 7 one bedroom units

Program Objectives

Front St. Manor provides and operates Supportive Housing accommodations for people primarily of low or modest income under one or another of the following disadvantages:

  • Developmentally challenged
  • Physically, psychiatrically or emotionally challenge
  • Disabled by age or frailty

Eligibility Requirements

Persons of primary low to modest income over the age of 18 under, one of the following:

  • Developmentally Challenged
  • Physically, mentally or emotionally disabled
  • Disabled by age or frailty

Referral Method

Referrals can be made by your physician or other agencies, a family member, friend or self.
