The Privacy Office
Our Privacy Office is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information under the custody and control of RHC in accordance with Ontario’s Health Information Protection Act, public expectations for privacy and internationally accepted fair information principals. The Health Information Protection Act, comprised of both the Personal Health Information Act and the Quality of Care Information Protection Act came into force November 1, 2004.
